Your emotions impact every aspect of your life, from what you believe to how you behave and everything in between. Emotions are the body's way of communicating with us, but most of us never noticed that before, unless something major happens. Why? Because our mind is also communicating. A lot! And we only hear and relate to what the mind has to say. 

Ignoring the body creates separation of body and mind

This creates an imbalance that shows up as issues or problems in our lives. So, how do we solve this?

By learning to listen to the body and letting those emotions come into balance again. Very, very gently.

 

The Wonder Method is a very Yin approach, and fully embraces WuWei. That means, getting results without effort. The effects are so profound it's hard to describe. But don't take my word for it, I'll let some of my students do the talking and share their thoughts about the method.

Online Classes

The Wonder Method™ is a simple way to learn how to feel emotions inside you. Feeling them until they unwind by themselves leads you to a greater sense of balance and overall inner peace. 

We call this emotional processing.

The course is 6-weeks long, 2 hours per week. Classes very small, up to 5 people at a time because you will receive one-on-one coaching, and I will spend as much time with each of you as needed.
